Landlord & Tenant Law
Landlords need tenants and value good ones. Unfortunately sometimes tenants fail to pay rent, damage property, engage in disorderly conduct or otherwise violate their lease. If a landlord does decide to evict, it’s important to take the proper steps before initiating court action.
Any number of items can just about guarantee that a complaint is dismissed by the courts. Is the complaint filed properly? Has the property been registered and has that registration been shared with the tenant?
