Born in Englishtown, New Jersey, Mr. White is the Managing Partner of Turp, Coates, Driggers & White. He is licensed in New Jersey & Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He specializes in Estates, Wills & Trusts and Business Law. In his younger years he worked his way through school managing in retail and restaurants, then worked in corporate finance for a Fortune 500 company. For the past 10 years he has resided in East Windsor, New Jersey, with his wife Jaimee, two children and dog.
Mr. Coates specializes in Wills and Estates, Land Use and issues facing senior citizens.
Retirement effective December 31, 2019, but shall remain "Of Counsel" to the firm.
Born in Allentown, New Jersey, Mr. Coates is a partner with the law firm of Turp, Coates, Driggers & White, a firm started by his father, Henry G.P. Coates and James S. Turp more than 60 years ago. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey Bar in 1978 and is a member of the Mercer County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
He specializes in Wills & Estates, Commercial & Residential Real Estate and represents school districts statewide as well as individual churches and state and regional organizations that govern them.

Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and a graduate of South Brunswick High School, Mr. Driggers is a partner with the law firm of Turp, Coates, Driggers & White. Mr. Driggers was admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court and the New Jersey Bar in 1969. He is a member of the Mercer County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Mr. Driggers specializes in Wills and Estates, Land Use and Criminal work both at the Municipal and Superior court levels.
Mr. Hutchinson is a partner with the law firm of Turp, Coates, Driggers & White. Mr. Hutchinson was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1997 and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Hutchinson specializes in Landlord/Tenant matters representing property management companies and landlords in landlord-tenant eviction action. He also works in Wills and Estates, Real Estate and Criminal and Municipal court.
A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999, Mr. Slaven is a partner with the law firm of Turp, Coates, Driggers & White. Mr. Slaven specializes in Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. He also takes on Municipal Court Cases and Plaintiff Personal Injury.
